How credits would work.
When are credits used?
Each enabled fixed 4-second request at the provider’s 720p setting debits 60 Takeframe credits before submission. A confirmed failure before submission or confirmed provider failure returns those credits once. A new attempt after a completed result uses another 60 credits. Output dimensions and satisfaction are not guaranteed.
What if the result is still unknown?
We check the existing request until its status is confirmed. Waiting or checking the same request does not deduct credits again. An unknown status is not treated as a confirmed failure.
Are subscriptions available?
No. Monthly plans are future concepts. Renewal, billing-cycle expiry and cancellation benefits have not been implemented or sold.
Can I buy the Try pack?
No. $9.90 for 120 Takeframe credits is a proposed USD price, with 60 credits per fixed-setting request. Tax treatment and final credit validity are not established. No 365-day entitlement is offered. Final purchase and refund terms must be published before checkout opens.
Does signing up include a free generation?
No. Signing up does not automatically include credits for a real video generation.
Public preview only. Production checkout is closed. A request does not guarantee a satisfactory output. Confirmed technical failures return Takeframe credits once; uncertain submissions are investigated without resubmitting. Download failures recover the original result. Credit returns are not cash refunds. Delivery and refund details · Content rules · Support: support@topviewt1.com
