Privacy and data handling

What is collected and why

Selecting an image previews it locally and does not upload it. When enabled, Generate uploads the image, instructions and request identifier to create and track a task. The optional brief download includes instructions and image metadata, not image bytes. Account records, task identifiers, job status, orders and credit-ledger entries support authentication, delivery, recovery, duplicate prevention and reconciliation.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and account sessions as hashed tokens. This public preview does not create accounts or use account-session cookies. Prior private tests used authenticated accounts; those records are separate. Browser sessionStorage may retain an unresolved request identifier. The application does not store images or prompts in browser localStorage.

Third-party processing

Cloudflare hosts this public preview. Image preparation stays in your browser: uploads, new generation and checkout are disabled. Prior private integration tests used Topview and Waffo; public visitors do not enter those services through this preview. These providers process information under their own policies; their storage locations, retention and training rules are separate from Takeframe’s. We do not guarantee provider deletion, regional-only processing or exclusion from model training. Links: Topview terms, Cloudflare privacy, Waffo.

Retention and deletion

Public preview completed media has a 24-hour download window measured from recorded storage; repeat checks do not extend it. Cleanup depends on service operation. Unresolved-task, idempotency, account, order and ledger records remain for recovery, security and reconciliation; no automatic deletion period for all metadata has been established. Infrastructure logs and backups may remain separately.

To request access, correction, account closure or deletion, email support@topviewt1.com with your username and relevant task identifiers. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity/payment documents. Requests require checking account ownership and relevant records. We will explain what can be removed and any retention or provider limitation; we cannot promise immediate deletion, a fixed response time or deletion from every external system.

Page visits and performance statistics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and page-load performance on this public site. It is not advertising tracking. We do not send selected images, files, form fields or generation prompts to this analytics service. Its loader respects Do Not Track (DNT=1) and Global Privacy Control (GPC). Content permissions and contact

Providing a file authorizes its processing for your requested task; it is not a claim that you have cleared every third-party right.
